October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month – Help Spread the Word!
According to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), each year in the United States, more than 250,000 women and men get breast cancer.
Help spread the word about the importance of early detection of breast cancer during National Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October – and all throughout the year!
National Breast Cancer Awareness Month is the collaboration of many different national public service organizations, government agencies, professional medical associations and community organizations. It’s an annual campaign to increase awareness of the disease, to help spread the word about the importance of mammograms, and to encourage communities, organizations, families, and individuals to show their support.
